This class is designed to introduce you and help you harness basic to intermediate paddling technique. You might not even notice you are developing your strength and agility as you gently float and explore your way down the Grand River at sunset.

Suitable for newbies and advanced practitioners of SUP and Yoga, this energizing class will help you develop better balance, coordination and body strength by linking your breath to a series of gentle yoga sequences.
I teach paddleboard yoga because I love being able to offer my practice to the elements. When you are surrounded by the beauty that nature presents, you become inspired to dive deep into your own practice and find that beauty inside as well. As an American Canoe Association certified paddleboard instructor and as an experienced yoga teacher of 7 years, I cannot wait to help you find your water bound practice and see how simple, safe and blissful paddleboard yoga can be!
